Dan earned a Master of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute in San Francisco, CA in 1992 ; he graduated with academic honors and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA in 1988; and he completed his secondary education at the Williston Northampton School in Easthampton, MA in 1984. Dan obtained his real estate license in 1995.

Professional Philosophy

Dan's goal is to develop life-long relationships with buyers and sellers by providing outstanding service and support throughout the entire process. Just as Dan's slogan suggests, Let Hendel Handle It! Dan sees each client through the process and educates them so that they are comfortable and knowledgeable about the process; thereby minimizing any anxieties or surprises. He also goes beyond the standard care of the profession. Dan can help his buyers get that special sought-after dream home and help his sellers maximize the selling potential of their homes.
